The 21st 'Best Dressed Personalities Awards' was held in The Mira Hotel Hong Kong. The evening recognised fashion icons from across Greater China who have looked particularly resplendent in 2009.
The winners contain various celebrities and socialites such as Charlene Choi, William So, Bowie Lam, Hilary Tsui, Monica Cheng, Helen Rong, Tang Wei, Ethan Juan and so on.
Kevin Yeung, the chairman of the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association, paid tribute to the accolade: “Over the past twenty one years, the HKFDA’s Best Dressed Personalities Award has recognized numerous outstanding fashion icons and timeless personalities in Hong Kong. Tonight we are delighted to see this truly remarkable event coming into fruition."
The show was co-ordinated by Bonita Cheung, and you might have guessed from the piccies, the theme was 'Sparkling Silver and Romantic Purple'. 15 fresh faced designers were handed the task of interpreting this proviso and given the chance to show off their new creations.
